All returned items will be inspected, and a determination will be made if eligibility of requirements are met for credit or exchange. Return processing may take up to 5 business days from the time your return is received.
Defective products may be returned within 6 months of purchase. Products may be credited or exchanged at our discretion.
Non-defective items may be returned within 60 days of the original invoice date if the product is not a seasonal item (like shovels, salt, fans, heaters, holiday items, etc.) and is not discontinued.
There will be a 15% restocking fee for all non-defective items returned (unless we shipped by mistake).
Before returning a product, you need to first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from our customer service department.
To request a return, you can:
● Products must be returned in their original packaging.
● We will not accept items that have retail prices on them or partial cases (unless damaged).
